Somebody needs to pull...

From one Goose to another, listen to CW whenever you can. One thing I was suprised about though is that they didn't, I don't believe, mention his voice. You'd figure ESPN would have beat that into a dead horse like they do everything else they do (Paging Tim and Omar's apartment)

Give me a sick McDonough any day over hearing those two dopes continue to bash college baseball...My god...Shut the hell up and go back to pro baseball if you don't like it.

I've gotten to watch only one afternoon game, and that was in a bar so I couldn't hear Ravich and Robbie Ventura, so I don't know what those broadcasts have been like.

But the night crew has been horrible. They talk about EVERYTHING except that game going on right in front of them.

I'm ready to turn them off completely and listen to music (can't get KVET here and I have dial-up ...)

And I know all you guys are hot for Erin Andrews, but honestly, she is god-flipping-awful.

woah there, Texanne....You won't find me in the Andrews late night online session crowd. The only reason people think shes so hot is because she is decent looking and seems to have a decent personality and a sincere interest in sports. While I agree as an overall package that is hot....In terms of looks alone I don't think shes that incredible. I was the first one on the football forum to start talking up Stacy Dales over Andrews.

I majored in broadcast journalism, sports emphasis. But an average-looking woman who knows sports won't get hired.

Yeah, please put me in the "not impressed with Erin Andrews" camp--skinny chics with fake breasts ... big whoop. *shrug*

And I second someone else's comment in the game thread that Harold Reynolds is missed!

This was a great game, but in the late innings the crew more or less tuned out the game and fell to talking all kinds of baloney.

What is it that makes television commentators feel they have to bring up side issues and ancillary topics. Why not focus squarely on the game in front of them, on THOSE players on the field, and cut the crap.

If only Craig Way's team was perfectly in sync with the video feed (on DishTV).

I listened to Craig and Keith the whole time but that graphic that listed their favorite sports movies...not of the players or coaches but off the broadcast crew...was just sad.

I mean we are turning this on to watch the game not the announcers. Who the heck cares what they think of movies?

Erin Andrews is great at what she does, which is being tall and blonde with great tits and a perfect ***. She's also pretty decent at talking or interviewing or whatever it is she does during sporting events. I'm usually just staring at her tits.

I'll give ESPN some credit because they do have a number of female reporters who are not up there with Erin Andrews or Stacy Dales in the looks department. But certainly the better looking ones, regardless of their abilities or knowledge of sports, get the better assignments. Erin Andrews has a job only because most guys who watch ESPN think she's hot. It's certainly not because she asks thoughtful, relevant questions or offers any meaningful insight. Then again, neither does Holly Rowe.

Visually, she may be hot, but as a reporter, she's not.

She's terrible, and the only reason she has that job is because she's pretty and has tatas 'til Tuesday.
