Since Clinton brought race into the campaign, and her campaign suggested that Latino voters wouldn't vote for an African American candidate, this is actually fitting. If Hillary's going to race bait in this way, it's only fair that voters publish letters making broad assumptions about her commitment to Latino voters based on the race of her campaign manager.
