Well, I heard it was a close game with Texas overcoming a Zag lead late in the game, but anybody can say anything on the internet about those scrimmages. How are we to know any better?

Great game Gonzaga vs Michigan St. Win or lose, Gonzaga is a damn good team and should be ranked. Sparty getting some favorable calls. Atmosphere @ Mich. St. is awesome.

Sparty was able to get the win 75-71.

Looked like LaMonroe gave OU all they wanted, within 3 at the break.

Gonzaga - Michigan St. was a great game. Superior talent prevailed, but I agree that the Zags are very underrated.

Memphis and KU has started off to be a good game, but I have a feeling that Kansas will wear them down before it's over. Aldrich is a beast - especially with that missing front tooth..

Iowa - who we play next Monday - lost to Duquesne and is now 0-2 already.

I'm surprised Memphis is hanging with KU. It looks like they've got the right strategy - slow it down and hope to win a low-scoring game.

That Memphis/KU game was surprising. KU wins 57-55. Memphis missed a 3-pointer at the end that would have won it. And it wasn't an ambush game type thing either. KU played bad. Memphis just happened to play worse. I chalk this one up as them just having an early season WTF game, but I sure didn't see that coming.
