Don't know for sure that everyone of them is right (Joe Jackson may have been mistaken for the Raconteurs bassline). But overall, I think 80-90% are right.

Given the ticket prices... they better have the Beatles and Elvis headlining the event.

Headliners disappoint a very small, but vocal, amount of people each year.

But, the festival still sells a ton of tickets and people have a great time.

agreed. I rarely see the headliners. I'm there for the festival itself, not a headliner, however will stick around if it warrants

and paying $170 (or less if you purchased a ticket earlier) is a steal to see 20+ bands over 3 days. (I usually see 20 acts or so)

I got a poster in an email the other day that had all the bands listed.....I'm still trying to figure out if those were the actual bands or just a sample poster.

I have nothing against the Counting Crows, but if they were a headliner I would be major league disappointed.

Counting Crows could have / maybe / perhaps headlined in 1995, but in 2008? Not so much.

I've heard rumblings of Pearl Jam. I know you said not to say it, but the are on tour this year and playing Bonnaroo...so it not that far fetched.
