Solid waste removal (rocks and stuff)

The folks that built my house thought it would be cool to make rock beds all over the back yard. I can't stand it. Can't exactly throw them in the garbage (in this quantity).

Anyone know a way to rid of them? Hauling service?

This falls under the category of "stuff me & my work crew" does when we're not on a rooftop.

Put an ad in the free section of craigslist. Call them "landscaping rocks". It's worth a shot.


Or take a cue from Shawshank Redemtion and just dump it out in different place one handful at a time.

Do what GHoward suggests. I see it all the time in Craigslist. People call something landscape rocks but it is just rocks, ugly rocks. So if your rocks are at least um, good looking then you should have them gone in a jiffy.
