Sofy, Class of 2025

Kids are committing at younger and younger ages these days, so it was a sign from the Basketball Gods when my wife and youngest daughter, Sofy, bumped into Jody Conradt and Fran Harris at EZ's two years ago and had their picture taken with those two wonderful women. Sofy is six now, and every youth coach and ex-coach, including former NFL personnel---at every swim, basketball, and soccer camp---tell us the same thing. "This kid is going to be a beast"..."look at her lateral movement"..."tremendous upper body strength"..."intuitive with the ball" ..."a natural leader...ruthlessly focused"..."has that inner drive that sets a champion apart..." I see my little sweet pea. They see a power forward and a monster on the boards. Who am I to question the experts? It's only a matter of time before the letters and calls start pouring in. So to avoid the hassle of the long recruiting process, we've decided to go ahead and issue a verbal for the Horns right now---Sofy, class of 2025. Just thought you'd like to know.
