Softball's Opening Weekend

Just thought I would post a head's up for anyone interested, since I have not seen anything mentioned on schedule at Texassports.com.

At the game Sat Feb 7 vs Iowa, they are "honoring" number 8, Catherine Osterman. They are not retiring her jersey, but honoring her instead.

So if you are interested, come on out to the game!

Forgot to mention - the wearer of #8 will be there as well!

It is great that her number is being honored. I still think it should be retired though but this is a good start.
