Ive seen some various reports or articles about geo-engineering and aersol cloud and storm manipulation. I may actually start looking into it more seriously, Ive just been lazy.

I dont think Iran or Syria caused Sandy to occur, but the idea of manipulating the strength or direction that a storm system or other weather system takes isnt far fetched at all.
