As a few might know my team was nominated for an Espy for our 15 lateral play this past season against Milsapps College.

The seven dudes that touched the ball got to go to the Espy's and well after meeting everyone from Greg Oden to Jerry Rice and being showered with free booze and apparently free women..... we lost out to the Tyree catch in the Super Bowl.

To think I was this close to being on a Espy winning team is pretty cool. I also like to imagine what it would have been like if the defense got to go the show.

Anyways at least its football related.....

P.S. 15 laterals = 10 yd minimum.
 
Well I did not attend as I played defense but from talking with my buddies that went and seeing some pictures they had quite the time. Rooftop bars, limos, Greg Oden, Eli Manning, Jerry RIce, Snow Boarding chicks, Kendra from Girls Next Door, and apparently several of them scored "dates" to the show with some smokin hot ladies.... whom I can only assume came from whoever paid for all the alcohal.

****... we did make a stop on fourth down with :02 left. A little national recognition and couple of free pieces of arm candy isn't to much to ask.
