I noticed SMU listed Traylon Shead as a recruit. I hope he does well.

i believe he signed with navarro after leaving UT, and then signed with SMU this year.

SMU has enough pieces in place to be a decent team, but i'm not sure they have the coaching.

I'm in the same boat, notanative. Wife was an SMU grad. We have had season tickets for the past three years and Jones is nothing like the "Hawaii" version of himself from a decade ago.

Shead should step right in to a supporting role, as the running back position is wide open with Zach Line gone. I think he'll probably split a lot of time with two other backs and they'll use him as a blocker. GG needs all the help he can get.
