Smooth Scrolling

Okay, so I dont know what happened but all of a sudden I cannot "smooth scroll" with my mouse. It's all super choppy and ****. I dont know what the damn problem is, but I use Mozilla and I went in and checked "use smooth scrolling" and that didn't work. I went into my system properties under the advanced tab, and that was still checked, i dunno what the deal is. Anybody got any ideas?!

what kind of mouse do you have? My logitech cordless optical would not work very well with Mozilla/Firefox with smooth scrolling turned on. I left it off and uninstalled the logitech mouse software and everything works fine in Firefox.

It was ok in IE to begin with.

it was working fine before. i dunno what happened. it some cheapo mouse i got at frys, but it's worked good since i got it. it does the same thing in IE too, i dunno wtf happened.
