Beer can chicken. Small(er) indirect smoker. Temp between 225 and 250.

But how long? Two hours? Three? I just don't want to cut into'em to look and then have to put 'em back on again.

4-5 lb chickens should be done around 3 hours, definitely no more than 4 hours. if you can twist the leg bone with no issues it is ready.
