Smoking Grill

Hi,

Per my post a year a go, I got the Weber Genesis Silver B (as recommended by so many here). The grill is absolutely wonder, but it's starting to smoke way way too much. I wiped down the "flavorizer bars" and that helped for a while, but 2 months later I'm having the same issue again. Is there something else that I need to be doing?

Turn the thing on to high on all three burners. Let it go for 20-30 minutes. If this doesn't burn off what ever is causing your smoking problem, then you probably need to just live with it or replace the flavor bars.

As was mentioned just above, cleaning the slide out tray will help also. I know mine, now that my grill is several years old, will smoke/flame like the dickens if I don't keep this dumped out regularly.
