Smoked turkey breast

We're going to the in-laws for a late afternoon family T-giving dinner, so we're not goint to roast a turkey ourselves this year. I'd still like to do something, though -- I wonder, is it possible to smoke a turkey breast? If so, any tips? (I have an offset firebox smoker.) Smoke time? Brine? Etc.?

Jjazz: I always just did the small, bone-in turkey breastesses, but if you can find some of the boneless turkey breast 'loafs' at the grocery store, they are fantastic. All breast meat, with no bone and in an elastic netting that keeps it all together.

Follow the directions on here except brine for 8 hours and then let dry out in the fridge for 8 hours. This recipe doesn't brine but I would do it anyway.

We just did one of these this past weekend as an experiment and I can't tell you how good it was. We cooked 1 whole turkey, 1 bone-in breast, several chickens, a pork loin and a pork tenderloin and I thought this turned out the best of all we cooked. It was surely the easiest to deal with. I just used a rub that was mostly paprika (maybe a cup) with a Tbls of onion and garlic powders. Any rub will do though, I'm just lazy.

This is the brine we used for all of the poultry.
