Smallville

i love smallville though last year was frustrating. so far so good this year though i don't like what they're doing with oliver

The zombies seemed kind of random. I really haven't quite figured out this season, but I guess that's the whole point of the way they're doing it.

I'm pretty sure at some point after last season, the writers said "hey you know, zombies are big now. We need to do a zombie show!"

The "zombies" were almost identical to the creatures from I Am Legend.

Here's the is season in a nutshell:

- Clark will struggle with his human/kryptonian identities
- Lois and Clark will continue their unspoken romance
- Zod will eventually get the powers back for he and his posse, but before they do, their experiments will provide plenty of plot fodder
- Chloe and the Doc will have some sort of showdown/test of wills
- A bunch of random **** that has nothing to do with the major story arcs will continue to pop up

It's hard to tell what will happen with this season. Callum Blue casts as a pretty good younger version of Zod. I like this choice.

I missed the zombie episode, and have seen just the first half so far. the CW site is f'ing up the full episode feed.

I am interested as to how the "future" plot line plays out, with the Alia character blaming Clark for destroying the world.

Well, I kind of think she defected over to the good side, because she was apologizing to Clark as she died. But something must have happened. It'll be interesting to see what it was or what her relationship to Clark was about.

Saw the zombie episode, seems like one of Zod's soldiers masterminded the whole thing. The Clark & Lois relationship seems to be moving along.

Green Arrow's lines have some good comedic value.

"What's the S for? Superstar?"
