Anyone catch the return episode last week?
Thought Brainiac was defeated too easily.
Doomsday is ready to kick *** and take names.
Clark needs to grow a sack and man up. Hopefully he will start to take some chances in numerous ways..

90 Grad, like I said earlier, I don't know word 1 from the comics but i'm going to go out on a ledge and say...

Joker : Batman :: Lex Luthor : Superman

But I see that you're making the point that he's a recurring character and won't go away (much to my chagrin).

At the risk of sounding like too much of a geek, Braniac 5 is actually a good guy in the Legion canon. The reference made at the end of the episode was actually a kind of tongue in cheek reference to this fact.

Yeah, for purposes of this show I thought it would be better served to have Lex his main foe.
Brainiac doesn't really capture the audience of the people that know nothing about him. Especially since he has taken numerous forms.
Lex has been in folks minds since Gene Hackman in what 1982?
Is there some sort of spinoff planned?

Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor) is no longer on contract. He's done with Smallville, although he has stated he's willing to come back for the last two episodes, if and only if they let him use a bald cap. (He's tired of shaving his head). Soo .. we won't really see much of Lex Luthor.

Clark's character seems to regress when Lana is around. Thankfully, she'll be gone for good in a few episodes.

The Legion was solid, it was a good nod.

Clark's remainder of the season should deal with the red-blue blur issue, his secret and the public, and dealing with Doomsday.

There are talks for a 9th season, as they almost have Welling under contract for a big payday.

Whoa, I just learned that the actor who plays Martian Manhunter is Jackie Chiles from Seinfeld. I know this is true, but I still can't see it.
