I am in need of a small business CPA in Austin. I've got some quotes from some and they seem a little high to me. $1500-2000 just for our business. We are not a huge company, just two people that started a biz in 2009. Anyone know of a good small biz CPA that will help out a fellow Horn Fan?
And to the CPA's out there, what about carrying forward our losses from 09 and 2010? I seem to be finding conflicting information with regard to loss carry forward. Seems to me that I should be able to offset any gains in income in future years with my losses this year and last year.
