Sleep Number bed

I stayed at a hotel with one, and wasn't particularly impressed. The setting kept changing without any help from me. It might just have been that bed, though. The idea sounds great - I'd still like to have one, I think.

wife loved hers, I hated it. of course the one she had was a full size bed, meaning only one side. They apparently have the sizes that allow multiple sleep numbers, maybe that would be better.

if you only have the single balloon, when the other person gets up it totally throws off the sleep number.

I prefer the firm bed with the pillowtop. The last one we got was from the 'W store' when they had a 40% deal.

boss used to have a king with 2 sides in his guest room. i stayed with him for 2 weeks and wasn't really thrilled with it. there's a foam block that goes between the 2 air pockets. i sleep diagonal when i'm alone, so i had the lump in the middle. i wouldn't recommend it.

Stayed several days in a Radison which had them. Had a backache every morning, and I never have them with a standard mattress.
