Slater Wins Again

Kelly Slater wins in J-Bay. Will anyone stop him? He has now won 4 of 5 events, and none of his heats in J-Bay were really even close. The Rip Curl Search in "Somewhere" starts on the 30th, and I think Kelly may be able clinch #9 in trestles.

"Trestles"

A buddy of mine lived in a cool buliding in WeHo a few years ago. Across the walkway was a short stocky guy who would talk about trestles.

The Dude was short, stocky, cut hair and banged coked low-end models who liked guys like him. He also would show-off his latest short board, talk about Trestles, and watch surf videos every evening.

Yeah, Kelly doesn't realize how old he is.
