Sirloin Tip?

Sirloin Tip was on sale today so I bought 5lbs. Now I need to know what I can make with it. Smoke it? Any suggestions?

slow roast it.


onion, lemon juice, mint, rosemary, garlic, olive oil.... all in poper portions as a marinade....

keep wet with red wine in the roasting an... roast at about 300...

Am I the only one who thinks July is just the wrong time to really suggest Carne Guisade or Chili? I LOVE them both, but I guess I just really crave them on a cold day, not in July.
