I'd say it wounds weird that this is great news for Chris, but we all know the story. It's sad because initially I thought Gruden would be great for him. But a few years with no OL and very little help from the running game convinced me otherwise.

It would have been better if he had been cut earlier so he could hook up with another team in the preseason. From everything I heard, Simms was the out go from the start.

Cowboys cut Richard Bartel so I could definately see them going after Simms. I just don't see Brad Johnson being able to be a play-making QB if Romo was to go down. Simms is still in his prime and has playoff game experience.
