I know these guys have no doubt been discussed on here before... I picked up Carnavas quite some time ago and have finally gotten around to it. In short, I find it completely amazing.

They have a lot of Smashing Pumpkins, but then he goes on Modest Mouse/Isaac Brock screaming rampages sometimes.

Highly recommend it, even though i'm sure i'm late to jump on this bandwagon.

You just missed them in Austin. They played a show at Emo's with the frontman from Spoon there too. I've been enjoying them a lot as well.

Yes, they are great. I can't stop listening to Carnavas.

Terrible smashing pumpkins knockoff, complete with wuss vocals. Just my opinion though.
