Got a new grill for xmas.....and love it. Makes all the difference in the world. Been grilling a ton of chicken lately and looking for some more good healthy sides.
Last night i made a vegetable orzo and it turned out great. took some white onions, squash, zuchini, evoo and salt and pepper in a large fry pan and sauteed till done. Added cooked orzo and maybe a half cup of white dry, stirred and let sit with lid on for 5 minutes or so. Added grated parmesean and topped with chicken breast. Turned out great.
