Shuggies on south 1st

Anyone been yet? Same owners as torchy's. Pretty good hamburgers and fries.

I went the other day with the intention to try Shuggies, but when I got there, I couldn't resist the fried avocado taco and the Democrat. I told myself I'd try Shuggies next time. What do you suggest I try there?

Shuggies classic with cheese and green chile cheese fries. onion rings were alsovery tasty.

I got the cheeseburger, it was just ok.

$7 is a bit pricey, but comes with fries.

They have Po-Boys and shirmp as well.

I went on Saturday. It was pretty average imo. You do get a nice portion of food but the burger was nothing special and I prefer more traditional fries to the beer battered ones.

If I decided to head that way in the future I'll be going to Torchy's for sure.
