Shrimp and Grits

I had the most amazing shrimp and grits while I was in South Carolina last week. I would love to recreate this for some friends but don't have a good recipe.

So, anyone have a good recipe to share? This dish had a lot of flavor in it...sort of reminded me of a cajun type dish.

Hatties in Dallas makes my favorite version of this. They add beautiful globs of goat cheese on top that melts into the grits. It's incredible.

Valentino's Seafood in Clearlake has great shrimp and grits on the menu. That place is setting the bar for seafood in the area.
