Showtime: Dexter

I've heard a lot of good things about the show, so I finally took the plunge and got Season 1......

WOW

This show is simply amazing and addicting....

I got Season 2 DVD and watch all Season 3 in less then 1 1/2 weeks....

My new favorite show along with Always Sunny in Philadephia.

Anybody else watch Dexter?

I had seen a couple of episodes herre and there from earlier seasons and watched all of season 3 this year. I really like the series. It is one of the best shows on TV.

If you liked season 1, you'll love season 2. The second season was f'ing awesome and had me on the edge of my seat almost every episode.

Love the show, but in my opinion Season 3 was a little disappointing only when compared to the previous two.

If you like....Forensic Blood Splatter guy during the day/Serial Killer during night then you will like Dexter!

I actually thought S3 was the best yet. Jimmy Smits was amazing and the tension in every episode was unbelievable.

I watched season one on CBS, in reruns last year, and got hooked. Immediately, I watched season two on 'Showtime On Demand'. Yesterday I watched all but the last two episodes of season three '...On Demand'. Tonight I will finish.

As to comparing it to anything else on TV...I'm not sure you can.

If you're watching Dexter on cable tv, you're probably seeing a butchered version.

I would not have enjoyed this show nearly as much if I had watched it one episode a week. Watching a whole season one right after the other is the way to go for a show like this, which is essentially one long story per season.
