Should Holder step down?

Normally, I'd say yes, but it's not like Holder is a rogue; he's just your typical, corrupt Obama appointee. You have to be corrupt to run in Obama's circle.

Getting rid of Holder would accomplish nothing. They ALL need to be tried for treason. It is a team effort.

I think that Holder should resign. The Buck stops with the AG in this case and he is the ultimate responsible one.

Now the question of whether he should be sued in cival(sp) or criminal court is a much more interesting question.

I think the family of the slain officer have a possible claim. I am not a lawyer but if that was my family.......I would be looking into it.

This isn't as much an R or D argument, as it is simply someone in a high public position blatantly altering or breaking the law, and both being protected by a POTUS or covering his own ***. And yes, if Holder had been appointed by a GOP President, I'd be just as hopeful to see him wearing prison orange. For me, ethics supercede party lines.

Secretary Chu has essentially employed the same tactic, but his transgressions seem to get whitewashed b/c the Solara fiasco isn't directly tied to murders of American agents.

Does anyone have any defense of Holder? And, please, keep it to the current administration. Playing the historical blame game/he did it too game can take waaaay too long.

Obama may not be the most Corrupt President, he's way up there though. I could deal with a little corruption if it was for the good of America. Unfortunately he is busy campaign going with being a divider as he runs our Countries economy down the toliet.
