Should Gail return part of her salary?

Would it make any posters feel better if Gail "gifted" some of this year's salary back to the University?

I thought about this last night and wonder what others may think. IMO, one should be paid for results. Since this has been such a disappointing year, I would be embarrassed to garner such a large salary for so little in return. This would at least show she takes some responsibility and accountability for what has transpired this season.

lol, I don't really need to answer this question.

But that won't excuse Goestenkors from being on a "performance improvement plan". Either produce or you're OUT. But that's predicated on her being back next season.

I'm still wondering why there hasn't been a contract extension to Goestenkors. Kinda hard to when you produce CRAP.

No, I want her to keep the money and used it to buy large bags and the best movers in Texas. I then want her to take her white trash *** out of here. She sucks. She has ruined this program and I want her gone before she kills it.
