Short Term Lease in Houston

I am looking for a lease through august that is in a nice complex relatively close to downtown. Does anyone know any good resources for finding something like this. I have already looked for subleases on craigslist. Thanks

I can not address Houston specifically but most aprtments here in the DFW area will do short term lease. However you will pay above market rent. Identify where you would like to lease at and approach the apartement complex or try an apartment leasing finder.
I am sure you already kneew that but it's just a thought.

there are several places in the medical center area that do short term leases and are fully furnished. Don't know any names off hand, but i'm sure a google search would yield something.

Yeah, the furnished places tend to be way overpriced plus I have furniture. What I am really looking for is to take over a lease from a student going home for the summer, or something along those lines.

I believe Camden on Buffalo Speedway offers a 3 month lease.
