Shoe Polish on car

I just got married, and the usual shoe polish occured to our car. They got it on the window trim, as usual, and it's not wanting to come off "the black." Any secret methods to get this crap off?

maybe Armour-all or goo-be-gone. Test anything in an out-of-the-way place first. A detail shop could probably do a good job with it.

When I got married, they dumped confetti in the a/c. 10 yrs later, confetti still came out everytime I turned on the a/c.

I've heard Meguiar's Back to Black works on this sort of thing. I haven't had the personal experience with it, but that's the buzz anyways...

No paint remover! Shoe polish is water based. Just water and elbow grease should get it off. But it can leave a mark on the paint, so you might have to go to a detail shop and have the paint polished.
