Has anyone ever shipped a piece of furniture? Who did you use?
I have a dining room hutch I need to get from Chicago (Antioch to be exact) to Houston (far west side). Our MDX does not have a trailer hitch and it will cost over $1000 to get one installed, plus the cost of a small trailer rental, gas, and hotel since it is a hella long drive up there and back.
I can not find a company that will ship just one piece of furniture. Anyone got any ideas? I feel lost.
