After my 8-year-old complimented him on his game, Shipley tossed him one of the gloves he caught those two TDs with. Just another reason to love Shipley.

Seriously, great to see Ship having an excellent year after all the injury troubles he had a couple of years ago. He is definitely due. He seems like a quality kid, too. He and Colt share a special chemistry that is becoming apparent on the field, as well as off.

Kinda neat the way this will play out. Being injured for two seasons lets him team up with Colt .... best friend and roommate ... for four seasons. Wonder if the record just set by Rice duo is reachable?
