As a Houstonian, I feel compelled to defend SJL. She should be the ranking dumb *** in congress, Waters makes a strong case but occasionally she can combine words into sentences resulting in a complete thought, not necessarily rational but a thought none the less.

Sheila's beauties:

I think SJL was the genius who lobby for hurricanes to have more "Afrocentric" names. That happened several years ago. The mere fact that she continues to get re-elected makes one wonder about the overall intellligence of her constituency. Perhaps they just have no better alternatives.
