Shampoo + conditioner

The shampoo that I use (Vive for Men Anti-Dandruff) is no longer carried by either HEB or WalMart. It is online but I don't really want to pay for shipping and I don't really want to have to start making special trips to some specialty store.

But I did notice that the shampoo that I use is now carried in a "shampoo & conditioner". I haven't used one of those since high school when I used Pert Plus. I always had the impression that shampoo & conditioners were never great at shampoo or conditioning. But is that still the case? And if they have improved, then why wouldn't anyone always buy the all-in-ones?

Anyway, just seeing what some of you guys use.

My hair's been under a quarter inch long for the last year and half, so I'm not sure what to recommend. Maybe go with a weed & feed?

I guess I am wondering that if a shampoo + conditioner worked, why would anyone buy them separately........

I use Aussie Moist, and it works great, imo.

Moist is an awful word and can quickly turn an innocent thread about shampoo into a mess of debauchery.
