Sending money to Japan?

Hey Hornfans. I have a brother that lives in Nagoya, Japan, and he needs money. He says that he doesnt have a bank there he can use, so whenever he gets money from my mom or I we have to send it in the form of cash, which is dumb. Is there a good way to send him money without using snail mail?

Keep this in mind too... He has a learning disability and struggles with Dyslexia, so he can't read their kanji very well, though he has lived there for 22 years.
