Selection show

Monday morning at 11:30.
When do they announce the regional and super regional sites? Don't they usually announce that before everything else?
 
They usually announce the regional sites early Sunday afternoon, while the championship games are still going. Supers won't be officially announced until after the regionals.
 
My time warner schedule says there is a selection show on ESPN on Monday at 11:30 a.m. CT.

In recent years past, they've announced hosting sites a week before the selection show. I don't know why they changed that this year, but apparently they have moved to announcing sites on Sunday and brackets on Monday. Definitely a better deal for us if we can get to and/or win Sunday's game.

It's championship Saturday around the country and as many as 18 automatic bids could be determined by the end of the day. Here's a quick rundown of where we stand with 48 hours to go until the brackets are announced on Monday at 12:30 p.m. ET (ESPN). The regional site locations will be announced Sunday at 7 p.m. ET (ESPN2). . . . . . . . ..

From what I hear in OK City, the regional sites will be announced on Sunday at 5:00 PM, CDT. Probably on one of the ESPNs. The result of the Big 12 Championship game will probably not be a factor. I am sure we will get a regional but not a top seed.

The whole field will be announced on Monday morning at 11:30

Why don't they just announce the regional sites, brackets, and teams all at one time ?

Either Sunday night or Monday morning.
