Seastrunk is at the spring game.

Pull the trigger, Lache. All the cool people are doing it.

Thought I saw him and confirmed when I saw his nametag. Thought he was with Calvin Howell, not sure though...two weekends in a row can't hurt

Guys help me out. Seastrunk is small, light. Yea, he's reportedly fast, and that's good. But he's a scatback, right? Can he even play every down? Is a kid his size really going to be a gamebreaker? Genuinely wondering.

JC was an every down back and LS is supposedly much better than he was coming out of HS, so I think we would do just fine with LS!

Bush is a legit WR size at 6' and built. Lache is maybe 5'9" and much smaller. Not sure where that comparison comes from...BTW, Bush is not a scat back.

FWIW per Rivals

Ht: 5-foot-11 (Events)
Wt: 192 lbs
Forty: 4.5 secs
Bench max: 250 pounds
Squat max: 500 pounds
Vertical: 35 inches

I don't care what Rivals says, they are wrong all the time. You can easily tell from his videos and seeing him on the sideline at the Army game that he is certainly not A) 5-11 or B) running a 4.5 40. Those two things being patently obvious from his tapes, I fail to have much credit for Rival's bios after stuff like that. Shorter players heights are always inflated. Hell, people thought Roy Williams was 6-4 until he went to the combine...

I saw Lache at the Spring game wearing a burnt orange Texas sweatshirt hoodie and sitting a couple two rows down from the McCoy family. Ask Brad, he saw him. I think Chance McCoy was there also. And of course the beautiful Rachel was there.

I know it was him because he was wearing a nametag that read Lache. Sitting with a guy in a Baylor hat.

cougar, the problem anymore is with how the 40 time is measured. depending on who does it and what approach they use, sub 4.4 or sub 4.7 is really burning it. almost not useful to talk 40 times anymore. (actually 20 yard times are more important for a lot of positions, anyway.)

Which prompts a question I've been asking the past couple of weeks: How do you pronounce Lache Seastrunk's first name? Is it Luh-SHAY? Or LAY-key?

Thanks UTFAN, sinless & Bill. I've been calling him Luh-SHAY, thinking he had an accent on his e like Beyon-SAY.

I was happy he was wearing burnt orange Texas hooded sweatshirt. He looks good in the color.

Not being a recruitnik, I don't know if I should read into Lache wearing Texas gear to the game.

Also rhymes with Snake. And I like the nickname Snake Seastrunk.

I also hope he is not reading this.
