When is it that Longhorn Foundation comes out with the email about season ticket choices and so forth? And of course, about the cost of the tickets.

I don't know about the due date, but the 2012 season ticket is $395 for six home games.

Usually in August - you'll get them 1-2 weeks before the first game - OU comes separately, and I suspect Ole Miss would come from MS.

Buying Ole Miss Season tickets this year. AM and UTEP, of which I have friends from both schools are also playing at Ole Miss this year. Decent Season tickets are cheap in comparison to Texas and no donation to boot.
