Searching 4 Archived weather information (recent)

Anyone know a good source?

For example, according to The Link I see that "Today: Sunny. Hot. Heat index near 115F. High 101F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph."

What I want to find out is this exact information for Austin AND Houston, this past Sunday (8/1)

Alright, I've been tooling around with that site for the last 20 minutes.

TOTAL confusion

When it finally looked like I was about toget somewhere, it looked like I had to fill out and order form (and pay)

Look at the monthly data for aug.

Almost there - does not have the (true) high, and no heat index, though. I know it was over 100' and the HI made it close to 110', easily.

look at the monthly climate reports. F-6. These are the most official there are. Bergstrom has been the official site for the last few years, since the airport moved,but there's still official wx site at Mabry.
