Sea Turtle Boots

I was given a garbage bag full of old boots recently and in there was two pair of old sea turtle boots probably from the late 70's or early 80's. The condition is surprisingly nice and I want to start wearing them. Who do you guys recommend that I take them to for a nice shine and touch up.

Also, any idea on what a pair of boots like those go for on the open market? I've heard they can be high because of the banned nature of the boots.Thanks for any help.
