SCOTUS to hear NCAA Athlete’s Comp Case

They took a case a few years ago about a music band, comprised mostly of Asians, to be able to trademark their name, The Slants, which was initial denied as it was considered racialist. They overturned that ruling on free speech grounds.

The Court loves these foolish esoteric navel gazing issues.
