I need a recommendation for a restaurant in Scottsdale for my two friends this evening. Two guys in their mid-20s, not looking to spend more then $20-25/person, where the dress code is casual (jeans and a t shirt preferably), cuisine preferably seafood/American/Chinese, but not something way out there. Any recs appreciated. Thanks!
