According to the Big 12 Media Guide (page 53), the longest win streak is 16: K State in 2006 and Tech in 2002. I don't think the streak was limited to conference games though.

Neither of those streaks were conference only. Tech's streak was near the end of the season and included a series against Baylor and a series against OU (I think) but also included TAMU-CC, New Mexico, and UT Pan-Am.

KSU' streak culminated in the first conference game. Before that it was against North Dakota State, South Dakota State, Xavier, Eastern Illinois, and a couple of early season tournament games.

I don't know the longest conference only streak.

A&M claims 16 in a row in 2008, sweeping KU, KSU, OU, Baylor, Missouri, and winning the first game against Nebraska.
