SBC DSL Help

I am trying to install the SBC DSL. I keep getting a screen saying the modem is not trained. I have double checked all of the connections and tried to reinstall. Anyideas or help would be appreciated before I resort to customer support.

Call SBC -- they have been efficient and helpful the few times I've had to call. And there's no charge.. .
