Saw Harry Potter the DH pt 2 sneak preview

Overall is was a pretty good movie!! So much more fast pace than the rest. A few things were left out that I would have liked to have seen. I think true Potter fans will be pleased with the movie. I'm going again for the midnight showing on Thursday/Friday.

As someone who isn't a Harry Potter fan, I thought this was a good, not great movie.

It was sort of ruined for me by a Matrix-part-3-like scene at the end. It cheapened all the consequences much like the teachers waiving all of Harry Potter's misdeeds in the first two films at the end of those movies.

As far as the technical challenge, it's pretty beautifully filmed, if you're planning on seeing it in IMAX or 3D.

Just got back and thought it was entertaining. I went with a couple of Harry Potter nuts and a son that's not that into it. We all liked it about the same, I think.

Saw it. Liked it. I thought the ending in the book would have been more dramatic even though its the same final outcome. Somehow V's death seemed anticlimactic to me.
