.....starring Best Actress nominee Carey Mulligan, Peter Sarsgaard and Alfred Molina and I enjoyed it.

Kind of a mashup in my mind of "Bridget Jones's Dairy" and "Alfie" which really doesn't have that much in common with either of those flicks except being again a London setting wherein a naive British bird and a lousy cad have an affair leading to her disillusion, regret and comeuppance but possibly a more experienced, happy future.
Miss Mulligan is excellent as a modern (1960s), but more misguided, "My Fair Lady" without a chaperone.
Alfred Molina, who I discovered was born in working class London of a Spanish father and trained in Great Britain's Royal National Theater, is memorable here as her father after being Spiderman II's Doc Ock.
