Save picture as.....(IE question)

God, I ******* hate hate hate Microsoft. Why can't I save a JPEG as a JPEG? Why will it only let me save as a bitmap?

This is a new computer. I guess I have to download Firefox. Is there any fix for ******* IE? This is such a piece of ****.
