Sardine recipes

I got some sardines this morning, freshly caught from the Pacific ocean. Anyone have any good recipes? I'm thinking some grilling with some herbs and light seasoning, question is what herbs and what seasoning.

I've never grilled fish before and no one else in my family likes eating fish that still looks like a fish.
 
So I went with the simple olive oil, salt, and pepper with a tomato-herb-garlic salsa on the side.

Man, this meal was so satisfying. To me, this was better than any sumptuous salmon or swordfish dinner could have been. The only blemish on the night was when I looked in the fridge and realized we didn't have any pino grigio or sauvignon blanc in the house (while I was grilling). It was actually kind of comical how bad I was jonesing for wine during dinner.
