Sand Aggy

Walking Boss

Horns shooting well and playing defense well. Sand aggy looks completely lost right now. Texas has top 3-4 in conference raw talent and it is showing right now. No way, no how they should be as mediocre as they have been over the season.

Come on, Shaka---don't let us down and let's lose this game your way with another second half collapse!! :puke:

3 straight blocks by Tceh! Plus we keep fouling one of the best free throws shooters in the nation. Game over.

Shaka is nothing if not consistent. Consistently eff’ing bad. Oh well, at least the upside is he can’t survive this continued crappy coaching display. Can he?

What a crappy shot.

We get a time out Shanka draws up a play, down by 1 with 15 seconds to play.

This is what Shanka drew up. Inbounds pass to Coleman who dribbles around while everyone else stands still. Cole drives 8 feet outside the lane and throws up a shot. Of course it was blocked, everyone knew what was coming.

That is the play Shanka drew up. Fire him now, put in a graduate assistant, he could do that good.

You forgot to mention he called the same EXACT play the time before. Hepa pick, Coleman drives to his left and is met by two defenders waiting at the rim, same result. 4 timeouts in a row, not one good set. Its embarrassing.

At this point, I’m ok with a complete and total collapse and losing out if it guarantees Shaka is gone.

I am with you. That was a tongue in cheek comment, its embarrassing enough that we fly an NIT banner championship in our arena. Leave that stuff at the Drum.

I told myself after Providence (or Georgetown) that I wasn’t watching anymore, but yet I still do. That’s on me. I think I have a problem.

Hey, the one good thing is.... that was the best crowd environment at the Drum this season! The one bad thing... the majority of them were chanting 'Raider Power". :rolleyes1:

Best moment was showing the sign held by a band member on the scoreboard screen that said "At least we don't have to live in Lubbock". Yes, I'm reaching for some positives from today's game.

I watched a few minutes of the 1st half. We were on fire.

But, I remembered we have Shaka. I didn't watch any of the second half because I knew.

To be fair to Shanka, Simms had a terrible game and we defitinely did not have a home court advantage with the refs. TTU had 12 fouls and we had 20. Both teams were getting into the paint.

It happens, Carolina had a terrible call go against them that cost them the game.

New coach, new arena will help.

That is a retort you give when you lose. The fact that the band member knew we would lose and made that sign before the game says it all about Shaka.

I think I heard a story from someone at Alamo Heights high school.....they would jingle their keys near the end of the football game.... they changed their sign in front of the school after a loss to a rival that said "At least we're still rich"....

Wait, there’s a SHOW?! Does he juggle? Is there maybe a band with a desk and some chairs off to the side? Monologue?

Yeah, but It should just start with the host and an empty seat. Or maybe Shaka can do a Houdini and disappear half way through the show like his teams usually do.
