Salsa Dancing

Not really sure about this, but my wife would like to go Salsa dancing for her birthday day this weekend. One issue is neither one of us know how to Salsa dance (although we are both athletic).

Question, what is the best in Austin to Salsa dance. Must offer lessons as well. We will be going this Saturday night.

Check the Copa. They have Salsa lessons Tue-Sat. Don't know the times but they are free and I think before they open for the main dancing. It is fun there. Dance with your wife or all the other men will.

Thanks! We went and actually had a great time. I banked some serious brownie points with the wife.

By the way, the lessons are Thur - Sat at 8:00 PM Thursday and Friday and 9:00 PM on Saturday. It was $5 for the lesson and $5 cover. The lessons were very basic, but taught you enough to get out on the dance floor. All in all a good time was had by all.
